Our Services

PROFESSIONAL FIDUCIARIES CAN SERVE MANY DIFFERENT NEEDS

Our fiduciaries offer many services, individually, or in whatever combination is right for you and your loved ones.

TRUSTED ATTENTION TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY’S NEEDS

Let our Fiduciaries make things easier for you and your loved ones.

As adults, we often take for granted the things that we do for ourselves each day--until we are no longer able to do them. We also do not worry about our loved ones needing assistance--until they do. Our Professional Fiduciaries are here to help you and your family with assistance concerning daily affairs, care coordination and management, financial matters, and so much more.  Our Fiduciaries can also provide representation and advocacy when needed. Further, we they work with you on your Estate plan, and can act as Trustees, Trust Protectors, Personal Representatives, Guardians, and Executors. Please contact us to learn more about the services our Fiduciaries provide directly and through our network. We look forward to the opportunity to help meet the needs of you and your loved ones.

OUR FIDUCIARIES ARE HERE TO SERVICE YOUR ESTATE PLAN

Our Fiduciaries will serve as Trustee, Trust Protector, Personal Representative of your Estate and Executor of your Will. We also administer Estates and Trusts (including charitable Remainder Trusts). In addition, they act as appointed Agents of your Health Care Directive and can be appointed as Power of Attorney.

OUR FIDUCIARIES ENSURE THE PROPER CARE

One of the more difficult things, whether or not you live near your loved one, is to identify qualified medical professionals. Our Fiduciaries can connect you with the right medical professionals and care providers and will provide treatment advocacy on behalf of your loved one. Our Fiduciaries will also address any insurance issues, include those involving Medicare/Medicaid and SSI/SSDI.

OUR FIDUCIARIES PROVIDE LIFE MANAGEMENT

At times, the most significant problem facing you or your loved is the proper assessment of needs. Our Fiduciaries will help determine

  1. The most appropriate living arrangement, whether it be assisted living, nursing home, or in-home care;
  2. How to best provide mental stimulation and social activities;
  3. Financial budgeting;
  4. Appropriate powers of attorney;
  5. Any other personal affairs for which assistance is needed.

OUR FIDUCIARIES OFFER MANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Individuals who need fiduciary services are also often in need of other related services. Our Fiduciaries make sure that all of your loved one’s needs are met and they are the single point of contact to obtain updates and to address any concerns. Their additional services include bill paying,  appointment setting, arranging for in-home care, Peace of Mind visits (see below), and they have a network of professionals focused on serving the senior and disabled community who provide other related services. These include: personal care, facility placement assistance, specialized packing and moving services, investment management, financial planning, tax preparation, life insurance, health insurance (including Covered California, Medicare/Medicaid), reverse mortgages, property assessment and sale, medication reminders, transportation, organization, housekeeping, mobility assistance, recreation, socialization, meal preparation/delivery, and much more.

Our network of providers has been personally vetted to ensure that they will provide appropriate, compassionate, professional, and personal services. Importantly, when our Fiduciaries “refer” our clients to another service provider, they do not just make the introduction and step away. Rather, they continue to manage our client’s relationship with those professionals, and each of them has agreed to partner with them to ensure the best service. Finally, all referrals are based on the quality of the service and no fees or benefits are ever exchanged with other service providers.

OUR FIDUCIARIES PROVIDE PEACE OF MIND

Our Fiduciaries' services are personal and one of the most important things we can do is to provide you with peace of mind. If you lived nearby and/or had more time, what would you do for your loved one? Our Fiduciaries will act for you to make sure that things are going well and that your loved one is safe, healthy, and happy. Our Fiduciaries will do regular check-ins on them, have visits with them, monitor the staff and caregivers, and let you know what is going on. If your elderly aunt loves ice cream sundaes, our Fiduciaries can bring her one each week and visit with her on your behalf. Our Fiduciaries can also facilitate video/Skype calls so that you can see and talk to your loved one for their birthday-- or any day. Just let them know what would give you Peace of Mind and our Fiduciaries will do it for you!

OUR FIDUCIAIRIES CAN BE APPOINTED BY A COURT

When your loved one is not able to make decisions for themselves, it may be necessary to petition a Court to appoint someone to act on their behalf in a fiduciary capacity. Our Fiduciaries will work with you and an attorney to petition a Court for them to act as Guardian, Conservator of the Estate and/or of the Person, Guardian Ad Litem, and Receivers.

OUR FIDUCIARIES CAN HELP YOU RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH FAMILY MEDIATION

When making decisions about what is best for you or your loved ones, there are often many different opinions amongst family members. Our Fiduciaries can work with your family to identify issues, to provide advice and information, and to assist in facilitating discussions to reach a decision that is best for your loved one.
